REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend, schedule conflicts, illness, or changes to Event programming. This applies to all ticket types unless we state otherwise in writing.
If the Event is cancelled outright by Summit Event Gala Inc. (as opposed to postponed, rescheduled, or modified), we will communicate next steps regarding tickets at that time.
Tickets are transferable to another guest. If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your ticket:

You (the original ticket holder) must notify us before the transferred guest attends the Event.
Tickets may not be resold above face value or transferred through unauthorized third-party platforms. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder whose transfer was not properly reported to us.
EVENT SCHEDULE
We reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, venue, format, or programming at any time, with or without notice, due to circumstances within or beyond our control (including, without limitation, speaker availability, venue issues, weather, or matters of safety). Such changes do not entitle Attendees to a refund.
